The Mediterranean invites itself onto your plate: a gourmet, colourful and ultra-fresh cuisine, designed to be shared. Homemade hummus, king prawns in kadaïf, oven-baked pidés, refreshing crudos or grilled king prawns served with orzo risotto... The flavours of the South are brought to life in these convivial dishes.

The menu combines marinated meats, braised vegetables, tasty pastas and creative vegetarian options, such as ricotta-spinach pastilla or gnocchi with summer truffles.
For dessert, there are classic dishes revisited with a summer twist: cardamom crème brûlée, coffee-amaretto tiramisu, homemade ice creams with seasonal flavours... A real taste of summer in every bite.

When it comes to drinks, the escapism continues: whether in the large bar, on the terrace or on the rooftop, every glass embodies the sweetness of the South, with a menu that smells of citrus fruits and spices. The head barman creates unique cocktails with date syrup, orange blossom, sumac or pistachio. Refreshing cocktails, revisited spritzs, as well as a selection of intoxicating mocktails and homemade detox juices made with ginger, turmeric, hibiscus or bergamot.
