The menu combines marinated meats, braised vegetables, tasty pastas and creative vegetarian options, such as ricotta-spinach pastilla or gnocchi with summer truffles. Refreshing cocktails, revisited spritzs, as well as a selection of intoxicating mocktails and homemade detox juices made with ginger, turmeric, hibiscus or bergamot.
